Upper Hunter Beef Bonanza

AgricultureStudent Achievements

The St Johns College Steer that won the Grand Champion led steer at the Upper Hunter Beef Bonanza from a line up of approximately 370 entries was transported to the sale yards in Scone to compete against the Grand Champion unled steer for the Supreme exhibit. Our steer won from a total of 418 entries.

Worldskills Competition

Student Achievements

On Friday 20th October St Johns College hosted the Regional Worldskills Competitions for Commercial Cookery and Food and Beverage. Olivia Budden was placed second in Commercial Cookery and will now go to Bathurst to compete in a skill off against the Riverina and Illawarra Regions for a place in the national competition next year.
