Math Excursion to Armidale

Excursion

Some Year 8 Math students went to Armidale last week to take part in Math activities with students from other schools. Activities involved problem solving, collaborative groups and real life math problems. The day was run by the New England Mathematical Association at the University of New England.

Year 10 Retreat

Excursion

Year 10 have just returned from their retreat to Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation Centre. Students completed outdoor activities, ropes, canoe, archery, discussion, liturgy and prayer. Students reflected upon important aspects of their life and how God is involved in their life.

Bill Turner Cup

Sport

The Bill Turner Cup took place on Monday 9th May. Our boys team won over Mudgee High 9-0. The girls unfortunately were defeated. Everyone played well and displayed good sportsmanship.
